I am a 13 year old female. I have lossed about 7 pounds in the past 5 months without trying. My vagina has been itchy the past month or so too. I think I might have a yeast infection. Can an infection cause this weight loss??

I’m 16 years old and my pills are making me gain weight like crazy can I take weight loss pills daily also?

Whenever I lose just a couple of pounds it brings on considerable anxiety. Keep in mind that I do need to lose the weight and I experience the anxiety BEFORE I realize I’ve had any weight loss. Anyone know what might be the reason for this? I am sure it is not psychological. Thanks.

I would like to know if anyone has had any experience with any weight loss pills that they felt worked well for them. I have tried some but felt they were no good. I would like to know about Relacore (belly fat), Leptopril, and Alli (some new one) in particular. I will be trying to eat healthy and exercise as well but was interested in something also helping me. I don’t want anything that will make my heart race, or make me feel wierd. What kind of food bars are good, healthy also-there are so many out there, looking for something to snack on.

I am 15, 5’8, and weigh 125-130 pounds (it fluctuates). What should be my weight loss goal for the end of the summer? Any tips on losing this would be appreciated. So far I have just been drinking a lot of water, and keeping of junk food.
