how to speed up my weight loss?
So within the past 3 1/2 months, i have lost about 20-25 pounds. The scale changes so i can never tell the exact number. I still have a while to go to get to my goal. I have been eating very healthy and exercising a lot.
Is there anything else i can do to speed up my weight loss?
Some tips?
For toning and weight loss is swimming or jogging the most effective exercise?
Or another sport? If I want to tone mainly my stomach and lose weight, what is the best exercise and is the p90x ab ripper good too?
Asking a doctor about weight loss pills?
I would like to lose 20lbs. I am very active, eat very healthy ( i’m a vegetarian) i do have thyroid decease. Do you think a doctor will proscribe a weight loss pill? I just can’t seem to loss any weight, no matter how hard i try.

1. Controlling sugar intake and keeping it to a minimum.
2. Strictly drinking water and unsweet iced tea.
3. Fresh vegetables. If they are cooked, they are steamed or sauteed.
4. Only chicken and fish. No beef or pork.
5. Nothing fried.

i need some help taking off these last 15-20 pounds after having my daughter almost 2 years ago. i’ve lost 45 pounds on my own with diet and exercise. i have some friends that have used area weight loss centers that use prescriptions to assist in weight loss with great results. this is what i’m looking for but would like to find a place that also accepts insurance. any ideas??
Can one small bag of licorice allsorts a day or every other day completely sabotage your weight loss? ?
I eat very healthy, and I am a vegetarian, but i am finding it extremely hard to lost weight, even though i work out 2 hours a day, 6 days a week. I drink plenty of water, and I have developed a licorice allsorts habit, so I eat one bag every day or every other day. Can this really sabotage my weight loss efforts when I eat so healthy?
