Optimum weight loss – work harder or work out more often?

I am female and currently weight 94 kilos (goal is to lost 10-15 kilos). I go to the gym three times a week and want to know the best way to achieve optimum weight loss. Is it better to go to the gym MORE OFTEN or is it better to WORK HARDER (increase weights and cardio times) on my three-times-a-week gym sessions. Any assistance appreciated.
